Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Loreveil, a public educational atlas operated by RXRCode.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to consent to these terms under the law that applies to you. If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect access to your email or OAuth account, and promptly report suspected compromise. A parent or guardian should supervise use where local law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe accounts or data without authorization, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape in ways that impair availability, impersonate others, or use Loreveil to violate law or third-party rights. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.
Educational and cultural context
Loreveil documents stories, beliefs, traditions, and sources for informational and educational purposes. Entries are editorial summaries, not professional advice or definitive community accounts. Variants and attributions can be incomplete or disputed. Loreveil does not state that supernatural or religious claims are scientifically proven or disproven, and aims to discuss living traditions without dismissive treatment.
Rights and external material
Loreveil's application code, design, and original editorial summaries are protected by applicable rights and licenses. Cited sources, translations, images, and linked sites retain their own rights and terms. Links do not transfer ownership or necessarily imply endorsement. Do not reproduce modern copyrighted retellings merely because Loreveil cites them. Report copyright concerns through Contact.
Availability, changes, and disclaimers
The service may change, pause, or end, and features may occasionally be unavailable. Loreveil is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that every entry is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RXRCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service or external links. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Questions can be sent through Contact.
